Mark Dytor – Non-Executive Director
38 years of industry experience, including 18 years as CEO of AECI.
Montwedi Mphathi – Non-Executive Director
Highly experienced mining executive; former Managing Director of Botash (7 years).
Godfrey Johnson – Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director
Calisto Radithipa – Chief Commercial Officer, Executive Director

Godfrey Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
Over 40 years of management and leadership experience, including 7 years with Kemcore. Former senior roles in the banking sector. Responsible for strategic direction, financial management, stakeholder relations, workforce leadership, and compliance.
Calisto Radithipa
Chief Commercial Officer
17+ years with Kemcore and a founder shareholder. Oversees revenue growth, market expansion, sales and marketing, stakeholder relations, pricing, and profitability.
Orlanda Andersch
Chief Financial Officer
30+ years of experience in finance, compliance, and risk management. Expertise in project finance, financial planning, treasury, taxation, transfer pricing, and governance. Responsible for financial management, investor relations, and risk oversight.
Bijendra Yadav
General Manager
Senior chemical engineer with 30+ years’ experience in multi-product manufacturing, including SMBS, sulphuric acid, soda ash, and sodium derivatives. Specialises in process optimisation, technology development, and technical operations.
