- Mobilize institutional finance: $75m in term sheets from African banks and development financiers, with FCDO support under the Deal Acceleration Programme.
- Embed sustainability & innovation: U.S. technology partnership for xanthate production; reduced CO₂ footprint; circular models for industrial chemicals.
- Deliver local value creation: Job creation, skills transfer, and beneficiation — transforming Africa from importer to producer of essential mining reagents.
