Kemcore Zambia Strengthens R&D Partnership with Copperbelt University

On Tuesday, 26th November 2024, the Kemcore Zambia team proudly attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Copperbelt University, further solidifying our commitment to Research and Development. The event was hosted by Dr. Levi Mutambo, Acting Dean of the School of Mines and Mineral Sciences, and Prof. Paul Chisale, Acting Vice Chancellor, alongside key faculty members.

This exciting partnership will focus on R&D projects, including exploring alternative uses for Kemcore Gypsum and expanding internship opportunities for students. The signing ceremony was led by Mr. Bijendra Yadav, General Manager of Kemcore Zambia Limited, who reaffirmed our dedication to fostering local knowledge and strengthening the ties between industry and academia.
